About the South Cobb High School Counseling Department
Our Mission
The mission of the South Cobb High School Counseling Department is to provide all students with a comprehensive school counseling program which advocates for equal access to a high quality
curriculum focused on student success. Through collaboration with students, families, faculty/staff,
central office, and community stakeholders; the school counselors will meet individual student needs, address
barriers to learning, and guide students to become effective leaders in a diverse and changing society.
